Palazzo Viceconte Changed the Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Coronavirus is affecting the travel and tourism industry.
Many countries and regions have imposed restrictions that apply to all foreign countries and territories.
On 9 March 2020 Italian government imposed a national quarantine, restricting the movement of the population except for necessity, work, and health circumstances.
We really miss travelling, meeting people and taking care of you.
We are doing everything we can to help fight COVID-19: we’re all global citizens, and we all have a part to play.
So, we closed Palazzo Viceconte to guarantee the safety of our employees, we suspended all the related activities, such as the restaurant.
We are monitoring the global scenario to ensure safety but we don’t know when Palazzo Viceconte will be opened.
Meanwhile we have a flexible reservation price, called “Relax”, it has lots of advantages and no risks.
Finally, we have updated our reservation and cancellations policy as follows:
- all existing reservations for arrival on or before May 31, 2020, will be allowed to cancel without charge;
- all existing reservations for arrival on or after June 1, 2020, will be allowed to change or cancel without charge;
- all new reservations booked within April 30, 2020, for arrival on or before September 30, 2020, can be changed or cancelled without charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Book and save 20%, change or cancel your reservation and earn more than 20% for your future stay.
How RELAX works:
1. Book your stay with a 20% discount!
Ex. The customer books the stay for an amount of € 100 at a price of € 80, thus obtaining a 20% discount.
2. Cancel or edit and earn. We give you much more than a bank!
Eg Customer must cancel. Hotel issues vouchers worth € 100 valid for 18 months.
You can change your travel date until two days prior the arrival. To do this you simply have to recover the reservation from the booking engine and cancel it. You will receive a promotional code.
3. Use the credit for a new booking
To make a new reservation it is necessary to enter the code, received during the modification / cancellation phase, in the 'promocode' field of the booking engine and proceeds to select new dates. The credit value is subtracted from the total. In case the new booking is more expensive, you only have to pay the difference. In case the new booking is less expensive, the difference can be used in the hotel.
Ex. The customer books a stay worth 120 € by paying only the difference of 20 € against the actual payment of 40 €.
